At Sarit Fashions, we pride ourselves on providing premium, custom-crafted athleisure wear. Because our products are custom-made on-demand upon your order, we operate under the following guidelines to maintain quality and transparency for our customers.

Section 1: Return Policy

We only accept returns, issue refunds, or offer replacements if the items you receive are damaged, defective, or feature a clear print/manufacturing error. For a successful return, items must be:

  • 30-Day Window: Reported within 30 days of the product delivery date.
  • Photographic Proof: Clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage is provided.
  • Resolution Options: If verified, we will arrange a replacement. Physical items do not need to be mailed back.

Please note: We do not offer returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or incorrect sizing choices.

Section 2: Exchanges

Every item is produced individually on-demand when you order it. We cannot maintain standard inventory for size swaps. Please review the following before placing your order:

  • Sizing Guidelines: We highly recommend reviewing our size charts carefully before checkout to ensure proper fit.
  • Damaged Exchanges: If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will process a replacement for the correct size or specification.
  • Final Sale Items: Apparel products customized for fit or chosen incorrectly cannot be exchanged.
